Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at alm.engineering@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. A return address will be provided once your return has been approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging — and you'll need your proof of purchase.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at alm.engineering@outlook.com.
